The Journey and Preparation of the G.O.C FARM team

Before Anuga 2025 officially opened, the G.O.C FARM team had spent months preparing thoroughly — from booth design and product selection to scheduling meetings with customers and suppliers. Each member carried within themselves the spirit of representing a Vietnamese brand — professional, creative, and resilient.

A series of online discussions with the organizers were conducted to ensure that all logistics, display, and communication activities met international standards. Upon arriving in Cologne, Germany, the team immediately began setting up and decorating the booth. This year, G.O.C invested nearly 1 billion VND to rent two large exhibition spaces to promote the company’s signature products. Throughout the exhibition days, the team worked tirelessly with passion and conviction: “Not just selling products, but spreading the spirit of Vietnamese agriculture.”

More than 80 B2B meetings were held at the G.O.C FARM booth, along with numerous discussions with suppliers of raw materials, machinery, services, and even consumers. It was an unparalleled opportunity for G.O.C to share the story of why its private-label products under the G.O.C FARM brand stand out from the market — and why they represent a healthier and more convenient choice for consumers.
Many importers from the United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Belgium expressed strong interest in G.O.C FARM’s Sriracha Jalapeño Hot Sauce and its straight rice noodle product lines.

  • G.O.C uses Jalapeño peppers, while most of the market uses regular chili peppers. Jalapeños have a moderate level of spiciness and thick flesh, giving the sauce its distinctive flavor.
  • The proportion of Jalapeño peppers makes up 72% of the formula, whereas many other brands use less real chili and rely on capsicum oleoresin to create heat and color.
  • G.O.C has the capability to sort green and red Jalapeños, remove stems and damaged peppers right at the harvesting stage, resulting in a fresher taste and naturally bright red color.
  • The company uses fermented Jalapeño peppers, avoiding heat treatment to preserve the original taste and color.

  • Vacuum mixing and harmonizing technology is applied to achieve a consistent and smooth sauce texture.
